Save lives: keep nazis and white supremacists out of healthcare and away from patients.
I’m honestly not sure if you read the article or not, but the woman fired was Palestinian Arab and not white. There’s nothing in her tweets that said she identified with white supremacy. And yet, despite this, she had said that she wants to give Jewish people the wrong medicine, that the Jewish people she saw at the airport “looked like settlers”, that she thinks it’s pointless to study the Holocaust (because, to her, the Jews are doing the same thing to Palestinians the Nazis did to them), among other things. Your comment is incredibly unhelpful because it incorrectly identifies white supremacists as the only promoters of antisemitism.
This is leftist antisemitism. She used the language of the left to excuse and permit her violent antisemitism, and that’s how she got away with it for so long. This is why leftist antisemitism is particularly frightening; because it poses as radicalism to fly under the radar. It goes straight from “I’m not antisemitic, I’m anti-Zionist” to “I’m going to poison Jewish people and justify it by calling them colonizers.” This is why Jews have been BEGGING non-Jewish leftists to examine themselves and their rhetoric for antisemitism.
These are my Nefmews, Mr. Biscuits and Sir Gravy. Mr. Biscuits is currently the Christmas Cow because he has a boo boo he keeps licking and won’t let heal.
There is not a single thing about this submission that is not perfection, from the cat names, to the special box, the expressions and the description of ‘Christmas cow’.
This is my part of the Secret Santa, which I called Secret Befana since it falls on the very italian holiday of the Befana for @saltypicche!!! They wanted the trine dressed as the three caballeros so I delivered!
This is going to require I go to Seattle and stay overnight for a D&E.
I don’t have medicaid, and have no way to apply for it before hand, as I have no proof of residency in the state of Washington, since I just moved here 3 months ago, and have no bills in my name.
This means I will probably have to pay out of pocket for a hotel stay, and whatever my parents insurance won’t cover. (I’m not sure if they’ll cover anything, but I’m going to try and bill through them to buy some time.)
So, I need the funds to cover an overnight hospital stay in Seattle, all of the medical care I’ve received from the obgyn here in BH, and the abortion in Seattle.
I’m not going to estimate those costs, off the top of my head other than the hotel stay.
The overnight hotel stay alone will probably cost me a minimum of $100. They require I stay in a hotel within 30 minutes of the clinic in case something goes wrong during the overnight dilation, so that price may vary. I’ll be calling them tomorrow, after I take some more time to, be able to say this stuff aloud without. Crying.
I’d appreciate any help you can give at this time, and I’ll update this post with a cost estimate once I get one.

EDIT: Oh my God thank you all so much! I have 200 so I should be able to cover the hotel room, now I just need money to cover my medical bills.
According to the paperwork my doctor gave me the abortion clinic I’m going to has a sliding fee scale, so it should be manageable. I’m unsure of the costs from my obgyn clinic and the clinic I went to last month though. I’ll update again when I get those bills and an estimate from the clinic in Seattle.
Aimed at people who don’t know where wool comes from, it’s 100% plastic. Yes, plastic.
So any garment you wash will release microfibres into the sea. It’ll never decompose.
You’re supposed to believe that sheep shearing is violent and cruel. There are imbeciles out there that work in an unprofessional manner while shearing, but that’s not the case overall.
Sheep don’t suffer from having their fleece removed.
Left on, the fleece can become a home for fly eggs and the subsequent maggots which can eat the sheep. Chemical treatments are available to prevent that happening. It’s much better for the sheep, the land and the farmer to avoid chemical use.
Don’t be fooled. Wool is a sustainable material, one we should make more and better use of.
THIS. So hard.
We’re at the lowest tax rate in history for the wealthy and they just got a trillion more dollars last year in bonuses.
If you aren’t a millionaire or close to it, you should be wondering why taxes aren’t closer to 94% on that high bracket for the wealthy. You know, like it was in the golden years of the 50s all these rich white people dream of.
